Project Administrator - Project Support

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated deployment plan, including L1/L2/L3/L4 planning as applicable, milestone tracking, dependencies, and workstream deliverables.
• Manage RAID+, action logs, decision logs, change control tracking, status reporting, and governance meeting materials.
• Track readiness for toll gates, workshops, testing phases, cutover, go-live, and hypercare exit.
• Ensure IBM and Reckitt deliverables are documented, reviewed, approved, and stored in the agreed project repositories.
• Support governance forums by preparing concise status updates, risks, issue escalations, dependency points, and decision asks.
• Drive follow-up and closure of actions across functional, data, technical, testing, training, cutover, validation
