Project Accounting Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in project accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new projects or initiatives by analyzing costs, revenues, and potential returns on investment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to revenue recognition, billing, and collections.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in project accounting or a related field (e.g., finance).
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting principles and practices under IFRS/US GAAP standards.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of Workday is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
