Mandatory ? Knowledge of functional testing, manual testing Basic commands in Unix. Knowledge on SDLC, STLC and Defect Management. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation). Good to have ? Knowledge on other non-functional areas like resilience, Security, etc. ISTQB Certification Experience in working on Jira, Zephyr, ServiceNow like tools. Roles and responsibilities ? Designing Test Strategy, Test Exit report for each scope that is defined for each of the test phase Handling Project independently with minimal guidance. Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders to get the work done in deadline. Tracking the progress of the project, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies. Defect management Status reporting. We need people who are really good at communication, have experience in writing test strategy, have worked closely with US/UK stakeholders and really good testing knowledge Functional testing,Communication Skills,Strategy
