About Position UiPath Agentic Automation merges traditional RPA with AI agents, using GenAI to reason and execute complex, unstructured tasks Developers build, test, and launch these agents using UiPath Agent Builder and Autopilot, enabling autonomous decision-making and end-to-end automation

What You’ll Do

• It transitions from simply automating tasks to orchestrating complex, cognitive business workflows
• Key Aspects of a UiPath Agentic Developer:Agentic Framework: Rather than just creating UI-based automation, agents use Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand requests, plan steps, and interact with systems.
• UiPath Autopilot: Developers utilize AI-driven features to generate automation workflows, suggest prompts, and construct data structures for agents .
• Testing and Refinement: Agents are tested in the cloud using tools like test on cloud to refine prompts for optimal responses .
• Key Skills: Beyond traditional UiPath skills (variables, loops, selectors), an agentic developer understands AI prompting, data structuring, and integrating LLMs.
• Core Components for Developers:Agent Builder: A central platform to create and configure agents www.uipath.comwww.uipath.com.
• Agent Catalog: Access prebuilt agents for common use cases www.uipath.comwww.uipath.com.
• RPA Integration: Using classic RPA robots to execute the actions decided upon by the AI agent

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Between 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in a Programmer (Dev) or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in UiPath, AI, Automation.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline
• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification or equivalent RPA certification is highly desirable
• Certifications in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Azure AI, AWS AI Services, or related cloud technologies are an added advantage
• Strong foundation in software engineering, automation frameworks, AI technologies, system integration, and enterprise application development
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation platforms is preferred
• Agile/Scrum certifications or experience working in Agile development environments will be an added advantage
