Programmer - CNC/VMC/Sliding Head/TMC

To create, optimize, and manage machining programs for CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines ensuring precision, efficiencand productivity while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibility:

• Programming CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Brother controllers.
• Developing and modifying programs based on drawings, models, and product requirements.
• Collaborating with the NPD and production teams to ensure seamless new product development and part machining.
• Optimizing cycle times, tool paths, and machine parameters for best performance.
• Troubleshooting program issues and assisting operators during setup and initial runs.
• Maintaining records of all programs, revisions, and tooling information.
• Supporting continual improvement initiatives and ensuring minimal rework and rejection.
