Programme Manager - Quick Commerce & E-Commerce

At Country Delight, we are hiring a Programme Manager to own the growth programme across our quick commerce and e-commerce channels.

This is a broad role with real ownership. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Production and Marketing to make sure our products are always in stock, delivered on time and growing. Operations is one part of the job. You will also work on P&L and growth strategy.

What you will do

• Track daily numbers like fill rate, availability, GMV, sell-through and ROAS by platform, city and SKU, and act on dips the same day
• Find the real reason behind stock-outs, rejections and delays, and fix them at the source
• Work with the Marketing team so campaigns and festive pushes are backed by stock
• Run the programme: one tracker of priorities and owners, and launches like new cities and SKUs
• Build SOPs and escalation paths so the same problems don't repeat
• Visit plants and warehouses when needed to find and solve process gaps

Who we are looking for

• Graduate from IIT, IIM, NIT or other Tier 1 institutes
• Tier 1 college passouts, freshers, and early-career professionals (0-2 years of experience) are welcome to apply
• Strong problem solver who is good with numbers and uses a first-principles approach
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable in an unstructured environment
• Good with Excel or Google Sheets
• Immediate joiners preferred
