Role Summary

The Programme Manager – Fundraising will lead the planning, execution, deliverables and key milestones of strategic fund-raising projects directly overseen by the CEO office. This role combines strong program management, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and communications capabilities to help scale Strategic Impact and fund raising programs 

What you will do

1.      Agile and lean programme management

• Act as a strategic extension of the Global VP of Revenue Operations, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome
• Own the integrated programme plan and roadmap
• Manage milestones, dependencies and critical path
• Maintain RAID, decision and action logs
• Lead deep-dive analyses into fund raising performance, market and donor opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide fund-raising decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.

2.     Programme Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
• Identify conflicts and dependencies
• Recommend priorities and sequencing
• Escalate risks early

2. Assist in Fundraising strategy and planning

•     Identify new funding opportunities, donor segments and partnership models, including Grants, foundations, HNIs and retail giving.

•     Build a diversified pipeline, reduce dependence on a few donors, and forecast revenue regularly.

3. Programme and portfolio management

•     Oversee fundraising campaigns and programmes from planning to delivery, tracking timelines, milestones and ROI.

•     Prioritise opportunities and allocate team resources effectively.

•     Set up systems, SOPs and dashboards for pipeline, donor and performance tracking.

4. Proposal and grant management

•     Guide the development of concept notes, proposals, budgets and presentations aligned with priorities

•     Keep Track of Global Grants and coordinate with key stakeholders to fill the application forms, documentation, and secure necessary approvals

What We're Looking For

•     5+ yrs of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder's office roles (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred).

•     Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity.

•     Founder's mindset: you think big, move fast, and take ownership end-to-end.

•     Strong communication and stakeholder management.

•     Experience in CSR, philanthropy, nonprofit management, community relations, or related fields will be an advantage but not a necessity

•     Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
