About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program support and excellent communication skills.
- Provide administrative support to programs, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in program support or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
