Program Specialist (Non-Voice Process)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process patient enrollments, insurance verification, and re-verification activities.
• Review and process healthcare documents, applications, and incoming faxes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in internal systems.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies for case resolution.
• Support reimbursement, patient assistance, and patient care programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve patient access and coverage-related issues.
• Handle sensitive healthcare data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
