Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls within the US Healthcare process.
• Perform insurance verification and benefits investigation.
• Manage patient enrollment and support services.
• Process patient applications and eligibility verification.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and specialty pharmacies.
• Support patient care and reimbursement programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a US Healthcare Voice Process.
• Experience handling inbound healthcare calls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications.
