Program Specialist I

Job Description

As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various CCC Projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deliver value. You will play a key role in assisting project management activities, tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordination with CIC leads for successful project testing (FATs) & taking care of shipment & dispatches from Honeywell, Factory.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Pune, India location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery and administration of programs that drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional coordination with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams
• Assist in the planning and execution of program activities to meet defined objectives.
• Track program progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in program coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in program tracking tools and reporting software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
