Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired results within defined parameters.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure project objectives are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution within program and project contexts.
- Capability to utilize project management tools and software to track progress and report status.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Program Management.
