Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic and involves coordinating multiple activities to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and architectural design principles related to .NET.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies within the .NET ecosystem.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
