Summary: As a Program or Project Manager, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.
• Skilled in risk management and problem-solving within complex project environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
