Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met effectively.

Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex program requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.

Skilled in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.

Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
