Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems and release automation tools.
• Experience in managing configuration baselines and change control processes.
• Ability to coordinate release schedules and ensure smooth deployment across environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
• Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation related to configuration and release activities.
