- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support the development and growth of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Program Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Program Management.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Experience in adapting project plans based on changing business priorities and challenges.
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
