As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead coordination efforts to align project activities with strategic business goals.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation techniques.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
