The individual will coordinate efforts across different teams and maintain a strategic focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to resolve conflicts and clarify objectives.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery frameworks.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaborative decision-making.

Skilled in risk assessment and problem-solving within project environments.

Competence in using project tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
