Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met effectively.

Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Experience in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery.

Competence in change management to adapt project plans in response to shifting requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
