As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position demands effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing priorities and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow HRSD modules to streamline HR processes.
• Ability to analyze and improve workflows within the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and their application within ServiceNow environments.
• Capability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
