Program Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Technology teams.
• Track program performance through MIS, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team while ensuring timely program delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations.
• 24 years of team management experience.
• Strong skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS reporting.
• Experience with CRM/LeadSquared (LSQ) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• EdTech experience is preferred.
