We are hiring an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in IT Application Development, Fixed-Price Program Management, and End-to-End Delivery Leadership for a leading MNC.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery for automotive client engagements.
Manage large and complex fixed-price application development and transformation programs.
Drive delivery governance, quality assurance, risk management, and operational excellence.
Manage account P&L, revenue, profitability, margins, and utilization.
Lead customer relationships, executive reviews, steering committees, and QBRs.
Drive estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and scope management.
Support presales activities, RFPs, solution reviews, and account growth.
Lead large delivery teams and ensure successful project execution within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience:
16+ years of experience in IT services.
Strong hands-on experience in Application Development.
Proven expertise in managing large, complex Fixed-Price Programs.
Experience leading application development and digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of account P&L, financial management, and project profitability.
Experience with global delivery models and onsite-offshore engagement structures.
Experience managing delivery teams of 100+ resources is preferred.
Prior experience working with automotive clients is highly desirable.
