Job Summary:

Nxtra by Airtel is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, effective project governance, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project governance, schedules, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Track project budgets, Capex, forecasts, and NFA approvals.
• Monitor contractual obligations, including Bank Guarantees (BG), insurance, Liquidated Damages (LD), and Extensions of Time (EOT).
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, SCM, vendors, and customers.
• Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, and management updates.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, and cost overruns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in data centers, infrastructure, EPC, or construction.
• Strong experience in project governance, budget control, Capex tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of contract management, BG, LD, EOT, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates with direct data center infrastructure and large-scale project delivery experience will be preferred.
