At KJBN Labs, we're building RAITHU, a technology platform that helps agribusinesses orchestrate complex operations across the agriculture ecosystem.

Our product brings together intricate business workflows, customer requirements, and technology. Were looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, understand how the business works, and turn product goals into clear, executable plans.

As our Program Manager, you'll translate customer needs into actionable plans, align Product and Engineering teams, manage priorities, resources, and risks, and drive end-to-end delivery.

Go beyond tracking timelines - own the journey from product planning to delivery and continuous improvement.

What you'll own

1. Understand customer requirements, business workflows, and product priorities to ensure teams are solving the right problems.

2. Break complex initiatives into clear workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables that Product and Engineering teams can execute.

3. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders, keeping initiatives aligned from planning through development, testing, and release.

4. Bring structure to sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring these practices improve collaboration, focus, and delivery.

5. Oversee resource and capacity planning, identify risks and bottlenecks early, manage competing priorities, and resolve roadblocks before they affect delivery.

6. Reflect on what worked, what didn't, and where processes can improve. Recommend changes that make planning, collaboration, and delivery more effective as we grow.

You might be our kind of person if

• You have strong technical understanding as well as product thinking to bridge business priorities with engineering execution.
• Youre experienced in Agile/Scrum and translating priorities into structured delivery plans.
• You can balance competing priorities, navigate conflicting demands, and manage resources and risks while keeping delivery on track.
• You take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
• You have experience with complex, workflow-driven B2B SaaS platforms.
• A background in software engineering or a transition from engineering into program management would be a plus.
