Program Manager

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end MSP operations, client and supplier management, team leadership, governance, process improvement, compliance, and program delivery while ensuring SLA achievement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and operational service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage program teams.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and program objectives are consistently achieved.
• Oversee supplier and stakeholder management.
• Drive governance reporting and executive communication.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Support program implementations and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hiring protocols, information security, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices.
• Identify operational trends and implement corrective actions.
• Support business growth through expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Mandatory Experience

• 10+ years of staffing operations, service delivery, client management, and supplier management experience.
• Strong MSP/Staffing industry experience.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing recruitment technologies such as VMS, ATS, and CRM.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience managing change initiatives and operational delivery.
