Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and SLA commitments.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, and demand fulfillment.
• Track program financials, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue realization.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, delivery processes, and customer requirements.
• Lead team development, mentoring, performance management, and talent retention activities.

Required Skills

• Strong Program and Project Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in managing large AMS, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and financial management.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA, and reporting tools.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / Prince2 Certification
• Agile Scrum Master / SAFe Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
