Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, status updates, and reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its applications in software development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
