Program Manager

Could you be the full-time Program Manager in Bangalore we're looking for

• Defining and maintaining the development roadmap aligned with solutions and customer needs
• Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program within QCD commitments
• Ensuring on-time delivery and change management execution
• Coordinating work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans
• Driving program reviews and providing QCD reports to key stakeholders
• Proposing and implementing improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness
• Leading safety and critical issue resolution, such as cybersecurity or major availability challenges

• Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in managing products, projects, or programs (PMP certification is an added advantage)
• At least 5 years of experience in managing embedded projects/programs or IT system project management
• Strong engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment experience
• Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management
• Proficiency in cost and planning control for engineering scopes
• Experience in customer relationship management for deliverables and scope
• Excellent communication skills in a technical environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership
• Proven ability in risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Resilience, analytical thinking, and adaptability
• Experience with European customers is a plus but not mandatory
