Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure, Transition, and Transformation programs.
• Manage service transitions, including knowledge transfer, cutover planning, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Drive multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to deliver programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage RAID, and provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee program financials, resource planning, vendor performance, and contractual deliverables.
• Lead cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness, security, compliance, and ITIL-aligned service management practices.
• Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across program execution and service delivery.
