Program Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive customer relationships, program execution, revenue delivery, and business growth. The role will involve managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading a team of Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure successful program execution and timely revenue delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify current and future business opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and service solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Drive new customer acquisition and onboarding to support overall business growth.
• Develop and manage channel partnerships to expand market presence and customer reach.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Program Management and Key Account Management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, EMS, technology, or related industries would be preferred.
