Program Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Conversion Program Management
• Develop and lead a structured system transition plan, including data migration, process transition, and system cutover.
• Ensure data integrity through robust data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
• Align system transition timelines, dependencies, and risk factors across business and technology teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Client Services, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to prevent disruptions.
• Establish cutover plans and rollback strategies to safeguard business continuity.
• Provide real-time executive reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on core system transitions, enterprise migrations, or large-scale system implementations.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Proven expertise in data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data governance.
• Experience leading cutover planning, risk mitigation, and rollback strategies in large-scale system conversions.
• Strong business process reengineering experience, aligning conversion efforts with operational execution and improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, working with technical, business, and client-facing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address transition challenges.
• Expertise in change management and end-user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical processes into clear business impact explanations.
