    About this role

    Job Description: Program Advisor

The Program Manager is a critical, front-facing role responsible for driving enrolment and serving as the primary bridge between prospective students/parents and the HOAG educational philosophy. You will not simply sell a program; you will consult with high-achieving families to position the HOAG Summer School and other programs as a transformative, career-defining step for their child's future leadership trajectory. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep belief in experiential learning, and the ability to articulate the value of an Ivy-Grade education.

Reports To: Head of Admissions & Outreach

    Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

    About HOAG

HOAG (HOAGSTERS LLP) is defining the future of education for young leaders aged 11-17. We offer India's first Ivy-Grade educational experience, focusing intensely on cultivating critical thinking, communication, confidence, and a leadership mindset. Our flagship offering, the HOAG Summer School, is an immersive program designed to turn ambitious students into strategic, independent thinkers ready for global challenges.

Key Responsibilities1. Enrolment and Revenue Generation

    • Consultative Sales: Manage the entire enrolment lifecycle from initial inquiry (lead) through to final registration, maintaining a target-driven approach.
    • Value Articulation: Clearly and compellingly articulate HOAG's unique selling proposition, differentiating the program from traditional tutoring or casual summer camps, emphasizing the long-term return on investment in a child's leadership capital.
    • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups with high-potential leads.

    2. Parent and Student Counselling

    • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls with parents and students to understand the student's career aspirations, learning gaps, and personal development goals.
    • Personalized Recommendation: Advise parents on the optimal HOAG program track (e.g., Leadership Lab, Summer School) that aligns with the student's profile and needs.
    • Objection Handling: Confidently address parent queries regarding program structure, curriculum methodology (experiential learning), and the prestige of the HOAG brand.

    3. Outreach and Event Support

    • Represent HOAG at promotional webinars, educational fairs, and exclusive partner events
    • Conduct engaging information sessions for small groups of prospective parents, both online and in-person.

    4. Continuous Feedback and Improvement

    • Collect and analyse qualitative feedback from parents regarding program interest, pricing sensitivity, and competitive offerings to inform marketing and product strategy.

    Qualifications and Required Experience

    • Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counselling, or high-value educational consulting.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious enrolment targets.
    • Familiarity with the Indian K-12 and higher education ecosystem, particularly trends in non-traditional and competitive admissions.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Exceptional Communication: Fluent, polished, and persuasive verbal and written communication in English. Ability to command confidence and trust with high-net-worth parents.
    • Empathy and Counselling: The ability to listen actively and approach conversations with an advisory, rather than purely transactional, mindset.
    • Process and Detail Orientation: High proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing complex, multi-stage enrolment workflows.
    • High Energy & Resilience: Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and maintain motivation through peak seasons.

    Why Join HOAG

    • Impact: Be part of a mission to redefine education and shape the next generation of Indian leaders.
    • Prestige: Work with a premium brand that commands respect in the educational space.
    • Growth: This is a scale-up environment, offering rapid professional development and opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as the company expands its program portfolio.
    • Compensation: Competitive salary plus an aggressive, performance-based incentive structure tied directly to enrolment success.
