Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage complex projects within the capital markets industry, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance on Agile methodologies and PMP best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in trade life cycles.

Job Requirements :

• 12-24 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, derivatives, equity markets, and trade life cycle processes.
• Proven track record as a Program Manager or Project Manager with expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
