Job summary

We are seeking for the ideal candidate who should have extensive experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Recognition SAP Billing SAP Billing and Revenue and SAP SD. This role requires a deep understanding of the education domain to effectively manage and deliver projects that align with our companys goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end delivery of integrated SAP order to cash programs that combine standard order to cash billing and revenue and advanced order management capabilities to achieve measurable improvements in order accuracy cycle time and financial visibility.
• Coordinate cross functional teams across business finance and technology to define cohesive program roadmaps that align SAP order to cash solutions with strategic objectives for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee detailed planning estimation and scheduling of multiple SAP projects under the program to ensure on time delivery while balancing scope quality and cost constraints in a hybrid work environment.
• Manage program governance by establishing clear milestones decision forums and reporting structures that provide transparent visibility into progress risks and dependencies across SAP order to cash workstreams.
• Monitor integration of SAP standard order to cash with advanced order to cash and advanced order management processes so that pricing availability checks fulfilment billing and revenue recognition operate as a seamless digital value chain.
• Collaborate with business process owners to translate complex order management and billing requirements into prioritized program backlogs that guide design configuration testing and deployment activities in SAP.
• Guide solution teams in applying leading practices for SAP billing and revenue processes so that invoicing credit management and revenue recognition comply with internal controls and external regulations.
• Oversee risk issue and dependency management across the program by identifying potential impacts early and driving mitigation plans that protect critical timelines for key SAP order to cash releases.
• Coordinate program wide testing strategy including system integration tests user acceptance tests and regression tests to validate that end to end order to cash flows operate reliably across SAP modules and related applications.
• Drive structured change management and communication plans so that affected teams understand new SAP order to cash capabilities updated workflows and expected benefits supporting smooth adoption in day to day operations.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as order cycle time billing accuracy dispute rates and days sales outstanding to demonstrate how SAP program outcomes improve financial and operational performance.
• Engage with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders to review deliverables verify adherence to agreed methods and ensure that all SAP order to cash solutions are designed for long term maintainability and scalability.
• Ensure alignment of SAP order to cash data structures such as basic information system elements with enterprise data standards so that analytics forecasting and compliance reporting remain consistent and reliable.
• Coordinate cutover planning and hypercare activities for major releases so that transitions to new SAP order to cash capabilities occur with minimal disruption to critical business operations.
• Optimize hybrid work practices by defining clear collaboration routines documentation standards and digital tools that allow distributed program teams to remain coordinated and productive.

Qualifications

• Require a proven background of twelve to fifteen years in program or project management delivering large scale enterprise resource planning or SAP initiatives with a primary focus on order to cash transformation in complex organizations.
• Require extensive hands on experience with SAP standard order to cash processes including order creation availability checks delivery processing and billing so that program decisions are grounded in practical process knowledge.
• Require strong exposure to SAP billing and revenue functions covering invoicing scenarios credit and debit management and revenue recognition concepts that support accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Require demonstrated experience working with SAP advanced order management capabilities such as complex order orchestration configurable products and multi channel order capture to support modern digital business models.
• Require practical understanding of SAP advanced order to cash integration points including pricing logistics execution and finance postings so that end to end flows remain robust and auditable.
• Require familiarity with SAP order to cash related basic information system structures and reporting approaches that enable monitoring of key operational and financial metrics.
• Require strong skills in stakeholder management communication and negotiation to balance expectations of business sponsors finance teams and technical specialists throughout the program lifecycle.
• Require experience in managing hybrid work model delivery setups including coordination of distributed teams use of collaboration platforms and maintenance of consistent program documentation.
• Nice to have prior exposure to global MNC environments where SAP order to cash programs span multiple regions currencies and regulatory landscapes requiring careful harmonisation of processes and templates.
• Nice to have relevant experience in industries with complex billing and revenue models such as subscription based services usage based billing or milestone based contracts that fully leverage SAP capabilities.
• Nice to have professional training in structured project management or agile delivery methods which supports disciplined planning risk control and iterative delivery of SAP enhancements.
• Nice to have demonstrated ability to mentor junior program staff and subject matter experts by sharing best practices in SAP order to cash transformation stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
