Role & responsibilities

• Escalation of issue with OEM TAM / TAC and follow up for resolution
• Coordination with Account Manager and Technical Account Manager and arranging for monthly review meetings and ensuring minutes of meeting are submitted on time.
• Coordinating with Account Manager for payment related issues.
• Coordinating with team members, maintaining their attendance and shift.
• Ensuring SLA maintenance
• Periodic reporting to Bank on the status, issues/ challenges faced and how these are handled. Periodicity would be decided with the shortlisted bidder
• Crisis Management and Emergency response Procedures Coordination with OEM PS team for resolving issues & coordinating with OEM as escalation follow-up for long pending calls.
• Review of daily/weekly/monthly reports generated by L1 engineer before submission to the Bank.
• Coordinating with backend team L3/L4 for resolution of issues, not resolved by onsite team.
• Ensuring periodic preventive health check / patching / Version Upgrade for solutions under their preview.
• Coordinate with CSOC team for security issues and issues related to NAC.

Any other task as decided by the Bank pertaining to the solutions provided by the bidder
