About the Role

Vedantu is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Program Manager – YouTube to manage end-to-end program execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of YouTube learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Tamil fluency is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of YouTube programs and strategic initiatives.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Support teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Analyze data and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
• Manage student communications through email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Coordinate YouTube content launches and communication campaigns.
• Improve operational processes, SOPs, and execution workflows.
• Ensure high-quality program delivery and an excellent learner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Tamil (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office
