Role & responsibilities

Work Location : Noida

Work Timings : 1pm-10pm

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring SLAs.
• Manage walk-in drives, campus hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring plans.
• Conduct intake discussions to create job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market intelligence, and recruitment challenges.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
• Drive productivity, quality, and process adherence across the recruitment team.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

• Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee ATS compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment governance.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive adherence to recruitment policies and audit requirements.

Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and hiring campaigns.
• Leverage market insights, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence to strengthen hiring effectiveness.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives across digital and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification/MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment analytics tools.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to volume hiring.
• Proven experience managing hiring teams and delivering against aggressive recruitment targets.
• Experience hiring across Contact Center, Healthcare, BFSI, Shared Services, or similar high-volume environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Team leadership and people management capability.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
