Min. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in programme implementation within the development sector, including experience managing field teams and community-based programmes.

Lead the implementation of the Rural India Youth Leadership (RIYL) programme in Baisi, nurturing young leaders who are invested in their own growth and the well-being of their communities.

Oversee programme delivery across multiple Gram Panchayats, ensuring high-quality implementation, strong community engagement, and meaningful youth-led action.

Mentor and support a team of Youth Facilitators, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Build and strengthen relationships with community leaders, local institutions, Panchayat representatives, and government stakeholders.
