Program Manager Product Development

Program Management & Governance Drive end-to-end execution of strategic engineering and technology programs. Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables. Develop and maintain program dashboards, governance reports, and leadership MIS. Facilitate cross-functional reviews and ensure timely closure of action items. Monitor project health and escalate critical risks to leadership. Executive Office Management Act as the primary coordination point for Engineering Leadership. Prepare executive reviews, business updates, board-level presentations, and leadership reports. Manage leadership reviews, governance forums, and strategic meetings. Follow up on key decisions and ensure execution across functions. Support leadership communication and organizational planning activities. Business Planning & Analytics Develop business dashboards and performance scorecards. Analyze engineering metrics, resource utilization, project performance, and operational efficiency. Support annual operating plans, budget reviews, and resource planning initiatives. Drive data-based decision-making by generating actionable insights. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Software Development, Quality, Finance, HR, and Business teams. Coordinate with senior leaders and external partners to drive execution. Build strong working relationships across global and cross-functional teams. Process Improvement Drive PMO maturity and governance excellence. Standardize reporting mechanisms and review processes. Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Educational Qualification Essential B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Instrumentation) Preferred MBA / PGDM PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Prince2 certification Experience
