Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Agency Program Manager with a strong background in performance management to lead and optimize our agency programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, driving performance improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of agency programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks to assess and enhance program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria.
• Monitor program performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Foster a culture of performance excellence within the team and across the organization.
• Mentor and guide team members in performance management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10-13 years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on performance management.
