Designation/ Role: Program Manager - IT

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Skills

• Rich exposure to ITIL / Project Management practices
• Working knowledge in US healthcare environment
• Strong conceptual understanding of WAN, LAN, Info security, Hardware, Windows, Telecom, BPO/KPO legacy applications and RCM process.
• Expert in resource planning and work allocation.
• IT projects and rollout management
• Vendor / Contract management and IT procurement liaison
• Effective presentation and communication skills; written and verbal.
• PMP/PRINCE / ITIL V3 foundation certification is a Must.

Experience

10+ Years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Track team productivity & efficiency and initiate corrective action.
• Motivate and mentor team members.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholder.
• Conduct technical discussion with internal and external stakeholders solution selection, partner selection, PoC.
• Drive IT projects and rollouts end to end .
• Ensure and drive adoption of IT projects and solution / update rollouts
• Prepare executive reports for projects/contracts/procurement and budget.
• Control/record IT asset issuance maintain IT inventory.
• Perform end to end procurement formalities, liaison with finance department for vendor pay-outs. Tracking Warranty / AMC status for all IT assets.
• Project Management to deliver new implementations, expansions, change requests etc.
• Ensure IT security practice adherence.
• Prepare and update process documentations, ITIL practices.
