About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, and project plans.
- Conduct farmer training, workshops, field demonstrations, and community programs.
- Identify farmer skill gaps and training requirements.
- Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and measure farmer/community impact.
- Travel to rural areas/villages for project implementation and monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Horticulture, M.Sc./PhD in Horticulture, or relevant Agri-Business/Rural Management qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in horticulture related roles.
