Program Manager-Farm Mechanization

Role & responsibilities

* Plan and manage farm mechanization skill-development projects.

* Develop CSR/RFP proposals and support project funding.

* Build partnerships with Government, Corporates, CSR organizations, NGOs, Banks and FPOs.

* Conduct farmer training, workshops, field demonstrations and community activities.

* Assess training needs and coordinate training programs and curriculum development.

* Manage teams, budgets, timelines, KPIs and project deliverables.

* Prepare reports, presentations, case studies and project documentation.

* Monitor and evaluate project impact and training effectiveness.

* Coordinate stakeholder meetings, field visits and rural activities.

* Travel to rural/village locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

* Strong Project/Program Management skills.

* Knowledge of Farm Mechanization/Agricultural Machinery/Rural Development.

* Experience in CSR proposals, business development and partnerships.

* Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.

* Experience in farmer/community training and capacity building.

* Ability to manage teams, budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

* M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, OR

* B.Tech/B.E. Agricultural Engineering + MBA/PGDM in Operations, Rural Management or Agri-Business, OR

* Agriculture/Horticulture + MBA/PGDM in Social Sector/Rural Development with relevant farm mechanization experience, OR

* Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with relevant farm mechanization/agricultural machinery experience.
