Program Manager DPDP Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and Rules across lending, collections, and customer servicing functions
• Own the program roadmap covering data discovery and mapping, consent management, privacy notices, data principal rights workflows, retention and erasure, and breach response
• Drive data processing agreements and compliance alignment with vendors, DSAs, and co-lending partners
• Coordinate across Compliance, Legal, IT/InfoSec, Business, and Operations, and manage implementation partners while ensuring alignment with RBI guidelines
• Run program governance through steering committee reporting, risk and issue tracking, and readiness assessments within regulatory timelines
