Program Manager - Conversation Banking

; Key Responsibilities

• ;Manage end-to-end program delivery for Conversation Banking transformation initiatives

• ;Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with programme milestones

• ;Own planning, tracking, and reporting for the Contact Center-related workstream

• ;Escalate and resolve delivery risks/issues in a timely manner

• ;Support stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology teams

; Required / Must-Have Skills

• ;At least 4 5 years of Program Management experience in a PM-lead capacity

• ;Experience working within a Transformation programme/project construct

• ;Experience in a large global organization (preferably Retail Banking)

• ;Understanding of the Contact Center domain within any banking context

; Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• ;Chatbot Voicebot exposure

• ;NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure
