Program Lead – New Automotive Industry Initiative

We are looking for a strong Program Lead to work directly with senior leadership on the execution of a new national-level initiative in the automobile retail industry.

The initiative is moving from validation into a structured 90-day pilot involving technology, dealerships, employees and external partners.

This is a hands-on execution role. The person will be responsible for ensuring multiple workstreams move together, deadlines are met, dependencies are resolved and the pilot delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall pilot plan, milestones and weekly execution
• Coordinate product and technology development with internal and external teams
• Drive dealer onboarding and implementation
• Coordinate employee enrolment, activation and engagement
• Manage execution with external partners and service providers
• Track key metrics, budgets, timelines and deliverables
• Identify blockers early and drive them to closure
• Maintain a clear weekly management dashboard
• Work directly with senior leadership on decisions and priorities

Who We Are Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in program management, implementation, business operations, special projects or similar execution-heavy roles
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving and follow-through
• Comfortable working with technology teams, senior business stakeholders and external partners
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting and presentation skills
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, mobility, automotive or a high-growth startup is useful but not mandatory
• Willing to work on-site in Jaipur and travel when required
