Program Head - Interior Plastic Domain (CATIA V5)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Head - Interior Plastic Domain to lead end-to-end development and delivery of automotive interior trim programs. The candidate will be responsible for program management, customer engagement, technical leadership, product development, and successful launch of interior plastic components.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete program execution for Interior Plastic systems including Instrument Panel, Door Trim, Center Console, Pillar Trims, and associated components.
• Drive product development activities from RFQ, concept design, development, validation, tooling, and production launch.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising design, CAE, manufacturing, quality, tooling, and supplier stakeholders.
• Act as the primary interface for OEM customers and ensure successful project delivery within cost, quality, and timeline targets.
• Review and guide CATIA V5 design activities, engineering feasibility, DFM/DFA, tolerance stack-up, and validation plans.
• Lead APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and engineering change management activities.
• Monitor project risks, resource planning, budget adherence, and escalation management.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and localization initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and build technical capability within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, automotive standards, and internal processes.
