Role & responsibilities
- Build Indias most ambitious athlete-led sports brand from the ground up
- Work directly with the CBO and leadership team
- Access elite athletes and the Athlete Innovation Lab
- Create products purpose-built for Indian athletes and consumers
- Drive PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams.
- Track milestones, follow-ups, calendars and leadership reviews.
- Support strategic analysis and operating cadence.
- 2+ years experience; startup or consulting background preferred.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.
- High ownership and execution orientation required.
- Reporting: Directly to CBO | Location: Mumbai
