About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and driven R&D Program Coordinator to support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in biologics, regenerative medicine, and healthcare products. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external laboratories to ensure smooth execution of development programs and regulatory milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple R&D and NPD projects from development through commercialization
• Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Coordinate with external laboratories for testing activities and documentation
• Support regulatory documentation and compliance-related activities
• Track risks, dependencies, and action items across projects
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews
• Conduct market and competitor research to support product development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields
• 3–7 years of experience in R&D coordination, project management, biologics, medical devices, or regulated healthcare environments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to regulatory or quality systems is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Exposure to biologics, regenerative medicine, tissue-based products, or medical devices is preferred
